DELIVERY

* The delivery by UPS Standard is FREE for all countries. You can choose to be delivered at home or at a UPS access point. You will see the addresses available during checkout under the title " DELIVERY OPTIONS"

The countries that PierreHardy.com/shop/fr deliver are :

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Finland, metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, United Kingdom (Wales, Scotland & England), Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Czech Republic. 

* If your order has already been shipped, you will receive your UPS Tracking Number by e-mail.

Order preparation requires 1-2 days in addition to the delivery times.

Once prepared, orders are shipped by UPS Monday to Friday, except public and national holidays. Deliveries are made against a signature and upon presentation of a piece of identification.

* At any time, you can follow-up the status of your order by viewing « My Account ».

* Please note we can't be held responsible for any damage/delivery delay/customs for orders that used a forwarder service.

RETURNS

You have a period of 15 days from the delivery date of your order to return it to us for a refund or exchange (only for different sizes). Returns are free (for all the orders starting from December, 4th 2017).
To request a return you need to follow the simple steps below: 
1. Log in to your account and click on "My orders" 
2. Click on the order reference 
3. The section "Return of merchandise" appears 
4. Select the item(s) you would like to send back and precise the reason for your return on the comments field.
5. Then click on "Validate a return"
6. You will then receive an email confirming your return request. Our team will send you a shipping label and further instructions.

You can check the status of your return in "My account" and then click on "My returns".
The PIERRE HARDY team commits to proceed to any refund within 10 days. Please note the processing time can vary, depending on your bank. 

In order to keep the return process simple and fast, please respect our return policy.
The item(s) must be carefully packaged before beign returned. 
Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned in perfect condition in their dust bags, with their original packing.
The shoe box is part of the article.
The items have to show no signs of having been worned and sent with any accessories they came with (mirrors, bag straps, cardholders, additionnal laces...)
Pierrehardy.com asks its customers to take good care of the goods and to try on the items as they would have been able to do in store, on a smooth surface (carpet, rug, etc.) that will not mark the soles, often very fragile.
 
It is only after verifying that these conditions have been satisfied that pierrehardy.com will be able to process the refund of the item(s). 
If your order has several items and you want to return more than one, the return must be sent in one package.

If a return is made without a return request, the customer remains the owner of the item(s). 
These items will be returned to the customer after payment of the delivery costs.
Damaged or worn items will not be accepted back or refunded.
